I had an issue with my heat on Thanksgiving Day and was looking for someone to come out an do the repair the next morning. I contacted 3 local plumbers and left messages - I made it clear that I didn't expect anyone to come on Thanksgiving, but just wanted to get someone scheduled for the next day. Ken was the only one who returned my call. He came the next morning as planned. He was running slightly late, which happens, and he communicated his timing by text so it wasn't a big deal. He was courteous, professional, neat, and very fairly priced. He completed the repair which was not so straight-forward. I will continue using him for my routine plumbing needs.
They have great plumbers and I like that they service all of long island, Ken is a great plumber.
I had a tenant call with a broken boiler a friend referred me to these guys and they responded fast and was able to get my tenant back in heat the same day. I will use them for all my rentals in long island with heating or plumbing problems.
Sad to say I am not satisfied with Ken's service. He showed up late for our appointment to quote and review the job. It is a relatively straightforward job, but he never got me a quote. Wasted many hours of my time.

Ken arrived on time and gave us a reasonable price for some repairs. He & his guys did the work the next day. They did a great job, neat & tidy. No pressure to buy anything else. Just a pleasure to do business with. Will call again for future work.
